Animal's Faith

I bring my large pittbull mastiff mix Conan to Animals Faith very often due to my work travels. They are so kind to accommodate him even though he is very strong and doesn’t do well with other dogs. He is always so happy when we arrive, and the staff are happy to see him! They have been working on his leash skills and he is steadily improving. I am so grateful to have safe and professional care for my dog despite his challenges.

We are incredibly satisfied with Animal’s Faith and the care Monique and Ron provided for our anxious rescue dog, Mandy, details below! Animal’s Faith has been an incredible experience for us and our rescue dog, Mandy. For years, we struggled with Mandy’s anxiety. We’ve been able to take her on walks and even short car rides, but anything longer than that has always been a nightmare. She would cry and panic the entire car ride and once we arrived, she’d stay on edge, anxious and stressed the whole time. We had almost given up hope of ever finding a solution, but from the moment we arrived at Animal Faith, we could tell that Monique and Ron were different. They truly understand dogs with anxiety. When Monique gently took Mandy’s lead, we expected the usual panic, but instead, Mandy hesitated only briefly, then followed Monique upstairs to the dog sleeping area. She still glanced back at us a few times, but she went with Monique and that alone was a huge breakthrough! Monique and Ron immediately made us feel at ease. They could tell how anxious I was about leaving Mandy and they went out of their way to reassure us. They explained exactly how Mandy would be cared for, emphasizing that she would be treated as if she were their own dog. Their kindness and understanding helped calm my nerves and gave us the confidence to leave her in their care. Throughout Mandy’s stay, we received detailed daily updates, far more than we expected. Monique and Ron sent thoughtful messages, photos and videos that showed Mandy not just coping but actually relaxing and making progress. It was such a relief to see her happy, comfortable and playful, even in a new place. When we came to pick Mandy up, we were amazed at how different she seemed. She was excited to see us, but not in the frantic, anxious way. She was happy, calm and clearly felt safe. It’s obvious that the training and care she received at Animal’s Faith made a real difference. Monique and Ron are incredibly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated, and we can’t thank them enough for helping Mandy and us. If you have a dog with anxiety, especially one who struggles with leaving home or new environments, we highly recommend Animal’s Faith. Monique and Ron have created a truly special place, and we will always be grateful for everything they’ve done for Mandy.

Our dog loves staying here. The staff is superfriendly, and the boarding facility doubles as a training centre so even when you have a challenging dog, they will be in good hands. Highly recommend!
